Description
Our body holds great wisdom, and will guide us into our truth, if we are able to listen. But we often avoid being in our bodies because of the fear of facing uncomfortable feelings from stored trauma.
In our coaching session, we will slowly and safely explore the universe within us, accepting all parts, and loving integrating shadows and past trauma.
Using a combination of breath, sound, movement, visualization, somatic awareness, inner child healing, parts work, and more, we’ll clear fear and shame blocks, and unlock the rich spectrum of emotions that we were designed to feel.
