Calling Us Home is not just a voice retreat, although we will be working extensively with vocal medicine. This is a guided liberation remembrance, a calling back of our celestial power into our blood and bone. This is a sanctuary where deep intimacy and inner-child play blooms through the energy exchange of expressing and witnessing. This is a land where the earth welcomes the surrender of our burdens and the stars fill our empty container with light again.

The most challenging part is finding the courage to say “yes” from the part vibrating with aliveness that knows this is for you, and to whisper “trust” to the parts that feel afraid.
From there, the rest of the journey is guided, slowly; as each layer is fully cleared, we move to the next, together. Through this journey, we will visit the rugged unknown edge of our expression, carrying with us the transformational talismans of play, curiosity, and experimentation. These will guide us into unexplored territory, where wild magic lies, where an untamed version of ourself dwells. Our path will be lit by the torches of our tribe of empathic seers. What we harvest from that plane, we will carry within our satchels for the rest of our days, from which we will sow seeds of this wisdom, who’s bounty will nourish those who live in the little corners of the world we came here to spread medicine to.

Sample Daily Schedule
6AM – 8:30AM: Sunrise somatics – guided primal movement with cacao, live music, vocal activation. Optional medicines: sananga, rapé, psilo microdose, cold plunge + warm by the fire
8:30AM – 10AM: Silent breakfast, nature exploration
10AM – 12:30PM: Deep Witnessing: releasing fear through being seen in somatic expression edges (different theme daily)
12:30PM – 3:30PM: Lunch, sunbathing/forest bathing, developing song seeds
3:30PM – 5:30PM: Afternoon workshop – Freeing your Freestyle, Elemental & Animal Activation, etc (rotates daily)
5:30PM – 7:00PM: Dinner
7:00PM – 9:00PM: Evening workshop – Conscious/Energetic Relating, Somatic Attunement Diads, etc (rotates daily)
9:00PM – 10:00PM: candle-lit music and story shares and cozy cuddles until bedtime at 10PM
This is a rough example schedule, subject to change. There will be a focus on alternating between deep-work titration and nourishing integration, which the rhythm of daily practices will reflect.
To be naked in front of the world, to be unarmored, receptive, in-tune, aware, is our natural state. This is how we were born. This is how we arrived when we called earth our home for the first time. The journey we embark upon together will be the voyage back to this home.
