Niya and I are hosting our fourth Tantric Puja/Sacred Intimacy Circle at Cosmic Flow Yoga in OB this Saturday! The theme of this one is “A Journey into the Heart,” and it’s been crafted by us to bring everyone present into a state of compassion, joy and oneness.

We’ll be doing a series of ritual partner practices where we explore the depth of our heart and our senses in a slow and present way. After each exercise we’ll switch partners, which allows us to collectively awaken our sensuality and open into embodied liberation (couples are welcome to stay with their partner throughout the event if they wish).

We’ll be creating a safe space at a slow pace, and no prior experience is necessary. Individuals and couples are welcome. If this feels a little edgy for you, or if you’ve been curious about tantra and how it can deepen intimacy and pleasure, that might be an indication that you should join us.
